Role Focus: Customer experience + social engagement
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media.

  • Handle comments, feedback, and basic order-related queries.

  • Engage with the audience on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Support social media campaigns with quick responses and customer follow-ups.

  • Maintain a helpful, friendly, and professional brand voice.
