Exchange Policy

At Buynep, we strive to ensure a satisfying shopping experience for every customer. In the case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible exchange options as described below:

  1. Instant Exchange Offer 

Buyers may opt for an Instant Exchange if they are not satisfied with the delivered product. This policy is subject to the following conditions:

  • The buyer must make full payment in advance.
  • An additional pickup and second-time drop charge ranging between NPR 250 to NPR 500 will apply depending on location and item category.
  • The exchanged product must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices.
  • The Instant Exchange is valid only for products purchased within the last 24 hours.
  1. 24-Hour Exchange Package 

Buynep also offers a 24-Hour Exchange Package for items that need to be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery. The following fees and terms apply:

  • NPR 150 pickup charge for products under 1kg.
  • NPR 250 pickup charge for products 1kg or above.
  • Items must be in resalable condition with all original components (tags, accessories, invoices, etc.).
  • This service is available only if the buyer initiates the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the item.

General Conditions for Exchange 

  • Exchange offers are applicable only within Buynep’s delivery network.
  • The product must not be damaged, used, or tampered with in any form.
  • Personal information stored on any returned electronic item must be deleted by the buyer. Buynep will not be held responsible for any remaining data.
  • Products distributed via offers, promotions, or as part of giveaways may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Buynep reserves the right to inspect the product before processing any exchange.

Limitations & Additional Terms

  • Customers must ensure the item is ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.
  • The new product will be delivered after the pickup and inspection of the original product.
  • In case the product does not meet the exchange criteria during inspection, the exchange may be denied, and additional logistic charges may apply.
